Syrian law experts: Mehlis's report lacks vocational standards Syrian law experts and political analysts have confirmed that the report of Detlev Mehlis, head of the International Investigation Committee in the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri ,is lacked the minimum conditions of the criminal vocational affirming that the report has politicized the case in favor of the USA which seeks to tighten pressures against Syria . Akram Al-Buni, An opposite writer, pointed out to the necessity to accord much attention to Syrian internal affairs and to accomplish what were delayed such as democratic change and openness to society and active forces. Analysts stressed that the conspiracy has already started against Syria and Lebanon with the killing of Hariri. The main goal is to target Syria as a regime refused to bow to American policy and as it is forming a front to confront the American and Zionist hegemony schemes in the Arab region. George Jabbour, MP and law professor at Syrian universities, indicated that Mehlis has committed a mistake as he released incomplete report .He has to postpone his report until he finished investigation or at least till the completion of his mission .It has been said that he is a clever so he released his report now in order to pave the way to the Security Council to adopt a decision based on this report. For his part, international law professor at Damascus University Dr. Jassim Zakariya asserted that there is no new in report based on information reported in media.
