The Syrian citizens have rushed into the streets of all Syria’s 14 Governates hoisting the National Syrian Flag, Pictures of our beloved President, Bashar Assad, banners of steadfastness, unity, and solidarity in demonstration for their great love, admiration and appreciation for what has been achieved in Syria under the guide of their beloved president:
The people of al-Raqqah governorate marched through the streets of al-Raqqah city in support of nominating President Bashar al-Assad for a new presidential term. Participants from various towns and villages arrived at the city's central plaza. Participants included farmers, workers, craftsmen, clergymen, students, teachers, officials and members of several groups and organizations.
Several speeches were given during the march, affirming that the nomination of President al-Assad responds to the will of the people that take pride in his patriotic and national stances. Speeches also pointed out to the positive changes in economy and services witnessed by al-Raqqah governorate, particularly in agriculture.
Citizens participating in the march said that Referendum is an occasion to affirm the continuation of construction and political reform, and that the march shows the people's support to the national policy of adherence to liberating the occupied Arab lands and particularly the occupied Syrian Golan.
In TARTOUS, the Syrian Coast, Scores of thousands of people in the Syrian coastal city of Tartous marched through the streets Wednesday in support to the nomination of President Bashar al-Assad for a new constitutional term. The people gathered in the main square, saying ' referendum is a reflection of the will of people who have confidence that President al-Assad is capable to boost development and modernization process. The participants added 'referendum day will be a distinguished one in Syria's history… this day which will embody all meanings of dignity and prosperity.
The city of Latakia, the Syrian Coast, of Sweida, Southern of the Country, and Damascus witnessed huge mass rallies to show support to the nomination of President Bashar al-Assad for a new constitutional term. Participants included all political, cultural, social, economic, workers and students and public activities
Participants came from all villages, cities and towns in the governorate to stress that referendum is a" national option" which expresses the Arab people's aspirations.
Speeches were delivered during the march underlined that "people of Lattakia consider the referendum as an occasion to boost atmosphere of frankness, transparency and mutual confidence between the people and the President and affirm commitment to the dignity's stances and continuation of the comprehensive development process.

The people of Aleppo governorate held meetings and marches to celebrate the nomination of President Bashar al-Assad for a new term. The masses marched through the streets of the city, voicing their support to President al-Assad's course, which expresses the people's hope for resorting Arab rights and liberating the Golan. The Citizens stressed that the referendum is an important occasion to express the free will of the Syrian citizens and a chance to show the true picture of national unity in Syria under the leadership of President al-Assad.
In Tartus, the Public activities and celebrations were held on occasion of the nomination of President Bashar al-Assad for a new constitutional term with the participation of people from all over the governorate. The Chamber of Trade and Commerce organized an art festival in front of al-Basel Park in Tartus. The festival included poetry reading, folk art performances and national songs.A motorcade drove through the streets of Tartus, and the participants expressed their amity, loyalty and support to President al-Assad.
The peoples of Hasaka , Dar'aa and Qunaitra Governorates on Saturday marched through the streets in support of nominating President Bashar al-Assad for a new presidential term. Participants included all political, cultural, social, economic, workers and students and public activities. " Nomination of President al-Assad is a national option and a continuation of building of modern Syria and achieving further political, economic, social and cultural achievements as it is an expression of our people's will and aspiration to further upgrade and develop the HOMEland." Participants stressed.
The masses of the liberated city of al-Quneitra have underscored loyalty and allegiance to President al-Assad's leadership, expressing determination to continuously exert efforts till liberation of the occupied Syrian Golan.
People of the Syrian city of Idleb on Sunday marched through the streets of city to express support and amity to President Bashar al-Assad Syrian people representing different economic, culture, social, civil and public activities took part in the march. The mass showed an interaction between President al-Assad and the people as well as determination to continue the reform and modernization process, led by the president, to enhance Syria's regional and international position. Speeches delivered at the march stressed that "referendum on a new term for President Bashar al-Assad is a national option which expresses our people's aspirations and hopes. "The speeches pointed out to the latest achievements in Idleb in different sectors, saying "those achievements boost confidence in future and hope to realize more of the peoples' aspirations under the leadership of President al-Assad." They added that the referendum day will be a remarkable day in Syria's history because "it is the day of hope to make a brilliant future."
Syrian expatriates in Moscow held on Monday a meeting on occasion of referendum, affirming that referendum bolsters national unity and steadfastness in the face of challenges and conspiracies targeting Syria. Participants expressed their loyalty and amity to President al-Assad and their commitment to contributing to building and advancing Syria. Syrian students in the Russian city of Samara also expressed their pride in the nomination of President al-Assad, stating that the President expresses the will of every Arab citizen who is faithful to defending national interests and rights.
Prime Minister Mohammad Naji Ottri met on Monday with a number of al-Baath party Vanguards (Tala'i al-Baath) in Damascus on the occasion of nominating President Bashar al-Assad for a new constitutional term . Al-Baath Vanguards handed Premier a message of amity to President al-Assad in which 'they express their love to the great heart who took care of them and made them optimistic towards childhood and future'. The children also read the statement of Tala'i al-Baath Organization on this very precious occasion. Prime Minister al-Ottri welcomed al- Baath Vanguards , asserting President al-Assad' s love and care about them.
The Citizens of Hama governorate expressed Monday their national option and allegiance to President al-Assad in a public gathering that included all social, cultural and economic activities in addition to workers, farmers, youths, clergymen and people from all areas and villages of Hama. " The nomination of President Bashar al-Assad for a new constitutional term is a true expression of the people's will and determination to continue building and achieve further achievements for boosting Syria's role and position and her stance that defends the national interests." The governorate people underlined.
The Citizens of Homs on Tuesday marched through the streets of the city to show support to President Bashar al-Assad's nomination for a new constitutional term. Participants gathered at the main square of the city stressing that referendum embodies the people's national selection of their leader who represents their aspirations of prosperous future and enhances Syria's human and civilized position. They said "nominating President al-Assad is a true response to people's options in continuing the reform process," hailing the achievements in the city during the past seven years in all domains. "Events have proved the correctness of President al-Assad's national stances in the face of all projects and conspiracies targeting the region," a number of citizens said.
The People of the Southern city of Dar'a held on Tuesday a popular festival expressing their amity to President Bashar al-Assad and pride of his pan-Arab and national stances regarding the nation's issues . Speeches given at the festival underlined that nominating President al-Assad for a new constitutional term came to meet people's aspiration to boost confidence in future and renew faith in the leader's national stances. The speeches underlined that the 27th of May will be a distinguished day in Syria's history when people will stress their determination to continue development process and face all challenges targeting Syria and Arab nation. People of Dar'a also expressed pride of the achievements accomplished during the past seven years which cover all different sides of life and contribute to improving citizen's standard of living.
Meanwhile, People of the north eastern city of al-Hasaka expressed their support to the national method adopted by President al-Assad and his leadership to the development and modernization process in Syria. People of al-Hasaka asserted that the day of referendum will constitute a national occasion to express people's will to preserve HOMEland's dignity.
Syrian students in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, France and Egypt expressed their loyalty and support to President Bashar al-Assad on occasion of the referendum. Students affirmed in the masses and poetry evenings held on this occasion the importance of achievements under the leadership of President al-Assad and the necessity of continuing the process of development and modernization in Syria.
Citizens of Aleppo city and countryside on Wednesday marched through the city to express loyalty and support to President Bashar al-Assad on the occasion of referendum due on May 27th. Participants including different social bodies, political activities, scholars, teachers, peasants, workers and students went to the main square in the city carrying Syrian flags and pictures of President al-Assad, expressing pride of the leader and his national stances. The masses affirmed that the 27th of May is a national day of choice that will embody their commitment to development and modernization process in the country. They also stressed that the referendum day is an important point in Syria's process of building and progress , and an occasion to show faith in President al-Assad who preserved the nation's dignity and worked to achieve just and comprehensive peace.
Several officials spoke of the achievements in Aleppo governorate in the past seven years. Director of the Industrial City in Sheikh-Najjar Haitham Daw pointed out to the positive economic effects of President al-Assad's visits and care about the city, while Aleppo's Director of Health Ammar Talas referred to the increased number of medical facilities in the governorate. Director of the Establishment of Water Mohammad Fadel al-Amir said that the performance of the establishment showed remarkable improvement in the past seven years with an increase in the amount of drinking water. Rector of Aleppo University pointed out to the establishment of new faculties, the last of which was the Nursing Faculty, in addition to the expansion in faculties in the northern and eastern governorate. Director of Technical Services in Aleppo also pointed out to the increased number of the schools in the past seven years.

Syrian communities in UAE, Sudan and Iran expressed their pride in President Bashar al-Assad and his national stances, stating their enthusiasm to contribute in the referendum. Syrian embassies in Abu Dhabi, al-Khartoum and Tehran announced their readiness for the referendum which will take place on the 27th of May and informed the Syrian immigrants of the dates and locations of referendum centers. Chargé d'affaires of the Syrian Embassy in Abu Dhabi Najwa al-Rifaii stated that preparations for the referendum are complete, and that the Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consular in Dubai will open their doors to citizens from 8 AM next Sunday till 8PM local time. Syria's Ambassador in Tehran Hamed Hassan announced the forming of a central referendum committee and opening of centers in the areas where Syrian students and expatriates gather, as well as the forming of subsidiary committees to supervise referendum in Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan and Qom. The Ambassador also stated that a plan was implemented for informing the Syrian community of the date of the referendum through the local media
Meanwhile, Palestinian masses in Syria on Monday expressed pride in President Bashar al-Assad's pan-Arab and national stances regarding the Arab just issues, particularly the Palestinian cause.

Citizens of Damascus , Countryside and Qunaitra on Thursday marched through the streets of the Syrian capital to express support to the nomination of President Bashar al-Assad for a new term of office. The citizens went to the main square of Damascus, carrying national flags and shouting slogans of amity to President al-Assad's courageous and wise policy.
"Syria under the leadership of President al-Assad has continued the modernization and development process during the last seven years in spite of the difficult regional and international circumstances and attempts to isolate Syria," Assistant Regional Secretary of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party Mohammad Said Bkhetan said. He added that economy has witnessed a remarkable shift towards quality and capability to meet people's increasing needs. "A true revolution in the field of law development has been done, particularly in regards to trade, currency and investments… raising the standard living of people and developing educational and health services," Bkhetan noted. The Party official said that Syria's national role has been boosted under the wise leadership of President al-Assad during the most difficult stage of time… so this country became an example in facing pressures.
For his part, National Progressive Front Member Issam Mahaeri said that the national unity Syria enjoys under the leadership of President al-Assad has foiled pressures, threats and distorting media campaigns to which Syria was exposed. "The wide popular participation in today's march and on the day of referendum is an expression of amity and solidarity with President al-Assad's policy and stances, and it is an assertion of constructive interaction between the people and their leader," Mahaeri said.
Rateb Shalah, Chairman of Syrian Chambers of Commerce referred to the genuine partnership between the private and public sectors in Syria which resulted in a national sector aimed at making a comprehensive development.
Assistant Secretary General of the Baath Party Abdullah al-Ahmar, Deputy Chairman of National Progressive Front Suleiman Qaddah, People's Assembly Speaker Mahmoud al-Abrash and Prime Minister Mohammad Naji Ottri took part in Damascus march.
