The UN Report Lacks Credibility

CAPITALS, Oct. 23 ( SANA )

Lebanese ad-Diyar newspaper underlined Sunday that the UN report on killing of former Lebanese Premier Rafik Hariri “ lacks credibility since it is not based on evidences or on accurate investigation.”

“ Absence of witnesses’ names and the big fallacy of focusing on testimony of Mohammad Zoheir al-Seddiq affected credibility of the report.” The paper added in an analyst written by Ad-Diyar newspaper's chief editor Charles Ayyub.

Ayyub wounded about the reasons behind numerous Lebanese officials and deputies staying abroad and about the reason why they abstain from coming back to Beirut and assume their responsibilities.

He said: “If Lebanon should be administrated by a remote control from Paris or Washington on the basis that they can run the Lebanese people as tools, then, they will find themselves outside the conscience of the people in the future.”

Meantime, the Syrian Communist Party stressed in a statement that the report aims at attaining Pre-determined political targets and circulating null accusations against Syria,

For its part, Arab Socialist Union Party described the report as “ a political one that is full of fallacies aiming at falsifying facts and harming Syria .”
